Could you go without TV for a week and find all that you wanted to watch on the internet?
One Ad Age reporter is putting himself to the test during a weeklong series and it’s not as easy as it might seem to get your TV fix the new-media way, even with most of the networks video streaming their main programs.
As you might imagine, sprawling out on the couch with a soda (or beer) and chips watching the internet just doesn’t have the same effect as that 32″+ TV screen with the surround sound.
And, “channel surfing” on the internet? Nope, doesn’t quite give you the same thrill.
Matthew Creamer tried it, as you’ll see, he’s on Day 3 and boredom is setting in.
