Well, those in the ad agency business who say that summer is the “down time” are crazy.

We had a very busy month of August here at Winstanley. The Public Relations department was hired to help with the welcoming event for the new owners of GE Plastics, SABIC. It was such an honor to be a part of the event, which involved several CEOs, Chairman of the Boards, and other VIPs from GE and SABIC. There was an impressive turnout of regional business people to welcome the new company to the area, overall the event was a great success and quite a project.

Also keeping us busy this month: photo shoots in Vancouver, new business pitches, a new ad campaign for a regional bank, and television commercial production on a new product roll out from another client. Stay tuned for more on that commercial shoot involving two professional athletes, including behind the scenes footage.
