The firms’ principals – Nate Winstanley, Scott Bartley, and Rick Biolsi – said the move is aimed at better serving a larger selection of clients and offering a truly integrated brand communications platform. The two firms have worked together for several years, most recently collaborating on client initiatives for the European consumer brand FICOSOTA on their Trusted Trends and Baby Art + Dry diaper line, and communications materials for the international law firm Dechert LLP, among others.

“Great strategy, planning and dynamic creative is what we strive to provide, because that’s what drives client success,” said Winstanley, noting that Winstanley Partners will take the lead in research, communications planning and strategy, public relations, and social media for jointly served clients, while Bartley & Dick will focus on creative strategy & development, art direction & design, web development, and copy writing.

“The projects we’ve collaborated on have already benefited from this comprehensive approach, achieving stellar outcomes for our clients,” added Bartley, who started Bartley & Dick with Biolsi in 1999. “As a group, we’ve proven to be responsive, cost-effective and our work has delivered results.”

Bartley & Dick is an acclaimed creative boutique agency based in New York City that has built a reputation for edgy creative and storytelling for dynamic entertainment clients such as EPIX/MTV, BBC Television, and AMC Networks. It also serves a host of national and international consumer products.

In fact, Winstanley and Bartley’s relationship goes back to the mid nineties, when Bartley was an art director at Winstanley Partners before heading to New York City where he held several art and creative director positions and later started Bartley & Dick with Biolsi, his lifelong friend, in 1999.

Prior to the formation of Bartley & Dick, Biolsi earned an MFA in illustration and graphic design and spent more than a decade in the design business, including serving as senior art director at NYC-based EastWest Creative working primarily on national and international and consumer brands such as Post Cereals, Listerine, Lysol, and Jell-O.

Winstanley Partners, a full-service marketing firm best known for its award-winning work in consumer sporting goods, technology, and creative B2B solutions, celebrated its 30th year in business in the Berkshires in 2016.
