The Forward-thinker: Mike has worked with Winstanley Partners since 1999, evolving from software engineer to project manager to director of business services. Before joining the company, Mike worked as a mechanical design engineer with General Dynamics Defense Systems in Pittsfield, Mass., and earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Amherst and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Mike is also a city councilor for the city of Pittsfield and uses the very tools he's developed at Winstanley Partners to communicate with his constituents.
